American taxpayers have already bailed out millionaires who rode the wave of deregulation – it was the savings and loan scandal. Except last time, McCain was hauled in front of Congress for taking campaign contributions and pressuring regulators to back off. Bush and McCain have beat the drum of deregulation – and look where it got us – we’re headed for the next great depression.
