Sandy

It’s weird naming hurricanes after people, because everyone I ever meet now named Sandy I’m going to punch in the face.
Life is slowly returning to normal, except that there are cars all over the place completely totaled and the streets are piled head high with the soggy remains of peoples lives. Electricity has finally gone on for most of our town, but there are still police checkpoints and troops patrolling. A lot of people haven’t come back since their houses are uninhabitable. I went to the train station yesterday(no train) but there was a boat still tied to the dock that somehow ended up there. This, by the way, is pretty far away from the water. Like, several blocks.
It’s insane that all of these islands off of Long Island were completely covered by ocean on that Monday night. The good news is that I’ve discovered how much I mean to Reed as he hasn’t even called to see if Wayne and I are dead. The better news is that it took an national catastrophe to get Wayne work. He has a whole town to rebuild.
Thanks for all the support over the last few weeks. We’ll get together and do a post Sandy show once i get my studio back together after frantically ripping it apart as the ocean was flooding the street.

Yeah it sucks man. Although I find the name fitting after all it did bring in a shitload of SAND.
They say Mother Nature does everything for a reason? Well it would be nice if next time she decided to drown the east-coast in sand?…She would throw lots of oysters with pearls into the mix – everybody happy!
For what it’s worth…although many people lost their homes and their most prized possessions at least many of them came out alive. That’s what is important, we can replace a home and everything else but not lives. Being from the east coast born and raised in Queens, New York, I feel your pain. My heart goes out to everyone in the the Tri-State area. One love.

Glad you’re okay fella. Shit was rough. Reed was too busy chugging man juice and couldn’t get to the phone.
Wayne can have his own reality show now: Extreme Makeover Big Wayne edition. It will be Wayne traveling the length of the Eastern seaboard, hammer and nails in hand, followed by a big trip to Jamaica where Wayne will be high for a solid three years!!!!
Last show was fucking stupendous!!! Wayne should’ve taken the undertaker job. Just imagine the amount of show material!!!
Reeds a cunt,
Bye

Reed didn’t call because he’s upset his scooter blew away.
The damage looks insane. And the boat near the station, wow. Glad you’re ok.

Reed’s scooter was caught in the wind and is currently in Oz. Good to see 2 of the 3 trio are ok.

Thank god you managed to save the studio parts!
I’m happy to hear Wayne is back to work, let’s hope he didn’t forget how to use a circular saw.
Doesn’t really surprise me from Reed, although I like hearing him on the show, he tends to be quite the asshole when it comes to staying in touch! He’s often been other places instead of with you guys when perhaps, you needed him the most…
Many thoughts as always from Belgium
